By-Laws

  

CPLA’s by-laws were created after a careful review of nearby lake associations’ by-laws. They are compliant with NH State and IRS requirements for non-profit companies and have been reviewed by NH Lakes Association.  They were unanimously accepted by the members at the 2018 annual meeting.
