My husband Bill and I purchased our home on Country Pond in March of 2012. Growing up, my family spent weekends and vacations on a beautiful lake where I learned how to swim, water ski, and make lifelong friends. My children and grandchildren are my world and I want them to be able to enjoy the same wonderful experiences of lake recreation.
Our family and friends love swimming, boating, skiing, tubing, floating, kayaking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling; just a few of the countless ways to enjoy our lake. It’s important to us to assure the health of Country Pond for the sake of our loved ones.
A registered nurse for more than 40 years, my work experience consists of pediatrics, maternity, and home care. Advancing to manager and then director, I was responsible for developing and initiating programs while assuring adherence to regulations.
I am a people person and enjoy meeting new friends with every opportunity. We have met many wonderful people on and around this pond and were surprised to learn that there was no Lake Association to support its health. Everyone we spoke with was in favor of establishing one. I look forward to meeting more Country Pond enthusiasts through my work with Country Pond Lake Association!
